I found it really user-friendly, really easy. I loved there was the variety of the different classes, I loved that it was yoga, I don’t usually do yoga. So I really liked that. And I liked that there was like the EZ bytes in there — I usually tried to do the deep dives each time because I was really interested in the breathing and the meditating.

This program has been evaluated in people living with inflammatory bowel disease and autoimmune liver disease, and we saw improvements in their quality of life and ability to manage their condition.
